A gentle hike taking us along the shore of beautiful Paradise Lake. The entire trail (see map on Local Hikes) is 4.5 miles, each direction. You will have two hiking lengths available to you, as a group. Trailhead Adventures will be taking one group roughly 5 miles round-trip (2.5 miles each direction). The other group will continue to the end of the trail - 9 miles (4.5 miles each direction). Please bring plenty of water and a snack. Also be prepared for the weather. An insulating jacket and/or a rain jacket may be needed. Don't forget your camera! Trailhead Adventures will be providing trekking poles to demo! The terrain around Paradise Lake is nearly ideal for first-time users of trekking poles. Please RSVP if you would like to attend this event.
